  • Work with an architect to create a custom design tailored to your needs.
  • Choose an interior designer (optional but recommended) to assist with selections.
  • Finalize specifications, budget, and contractor bids.

2. PRE-CONSTRUCTION

  • Secure permits and approvals.
  • Establish a detailed construction schedule to guide the entire project.
  • Early material and finish selections to prevent delays.

3. CONSTRUCTION PHASE

  • Bi-weekly meetings with clients to review progress, discuss selections, and ensure schedules stay on track.
